Sriracha Avocado Toast

This is a tasty and healthy treat with a kick of heat and is easy to make.

The fist step is to grill your favorite sourdough bread. Lightly coat each slice with Olive Oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Fire up your grill and grill both sides until they are golden brown and toasty. Remember a little char is good. Next prepare your avocado mixture and again be careful to lightly season with salt as we will be topping this mixture with our Sriracha Salt. Take your avocado mixture and evenly spread it across all 4 slices, for a fancy look take a fork and drag the tines to make grooves. Now the best part! Sprinkle the Sriracha Salt evenly across each slice, how much depends on how much heat you like. The amount in our recipe below has just the right kick of heat. Enjoy!!!

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Salt
